Optimizely is looking for Associate System Administrator 2025 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work globally, with a team of system administrators in a 24×7 environment to respond to tickets in accordance to with SLA’s of the company.
- Provide effective IT support, including out-of-hours support in critical incidents and participation in on-call support. This includes Active Directory – user accounts and administration, Configuring and administering Office 365 systems, Remote Desktop technologies, hardware setup and troubleshooting, printer issues and networking.
- Work within the guidelines of security and compliance requirements, including ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI, eDiscovery, HIPPA, SOC II.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues both remotely and in-person.
- Proactively identify and address technical issues with the IT team.
- Design, update, and maintain IT documentation (Confluence).

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree preferred.
- Experience with various cloud computing and NAS/SAN solutions preferred.
- Experience with IT ticketing systems, such as Zendesk or Jira.
- Experience with Okta and SSO technologies.
- Experience of Mobile Device Management (MDM) ideally with Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
- Experience with AV conferencing solutions Such as Team & Zoom Rooms.
- Expert understanding of Windows & Mac OS.
- Ability to independently manage and prioritise workload.
- Experience with Office 365.
