Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential offline sellers in assigned territories.
- Educate sellers on the benefits of joining our online marketplace.
- Effectively pitch our platform’s value proposition, with a focus on fashion industry insights.
- Assist sellers with registration, product listing, and onboarding processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with fashion sellers to ensure a smooth transition.
- Provide insights on trending fashion products and consumer preferences.
- Gather feedback from sellers to improve the onboarding experience.
- Meet assigned targets for seller acquisition and onboarding.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful activation of fashion sellers.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with major in Marketing, or related fields from any reputed University.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, field marketing, or merchant acquisition within the fashion industry is preferred.
- Deep understanding of fashion industry trends, consumer behavior, and brand positioning.
- Strong negotiation ,communication skills and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently within assigned areas.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online fashion retail.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth in the fashion. sector.
