Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the adoption and implementation of Agile and Scrum methodologies within the software development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and ceremonies.
- Serve as a servant leader, removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.
- Collaborate with the product owner and business stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog, translating business requirements into actionable development tasks and user stories.
- Manage and track project progress using Agile metrics and tools, including sprint velocity, burndown charts, and release planning, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software increments.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, designers, and product managers, to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and dependencies that may impact project timelines or deliverables, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
- Leverage expertise in streaming OTT applications to enhance the development and delivery of digital media products, collaborating with OTT platform teams and content providers to optimize streaming capabilities and user experiences.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and advancements in the OTT industry, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Act as a subject matter expert on OTT technologies and trends, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team to drive strategic decision-making and product development initiatives.

Eligibilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in a software development environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and facilitate productive discussions.
- Experience working on streaming OTT applications or similar digital media platforms is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with industry-standard streaming protocols and technologies, such as HLS, MPEG-DASH, DRM, and CDNs.
- Knowledge of video encoding/transcoding processes and best practices for delivering high-quality streaming content.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, including empathy, integrity, and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture.
- At least 4 years of experience in related field
