Job Responsibilities:
- Extract and visualize social performance data for actionable insights.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams on performance analysis and evaluation.
- Ensure report recommendations are implemented in social content planning.
- Research and identify trends across social platforms to inform content creation.
- Translate trends into content pillars aligned with business goals.
- Work with stakeholders to develop and adapt social content.
- Write captions that reflect Daraz’s tone and communication style.
- Manage and curate the content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure campaign and category visibility on social.
- Vet brand content for adherence to social guidelines.
- Manage giveaways, including winner selection and outreach.
- Schedule and publish content across all platforms.
- Track deliverables from KOLs and Brand Ambassadors.
- Reconcile actual outputs with contracted obligations.
- Support general social media operations and team needs.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably Major in Marketing from top tier university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in relevant field, ideally in high-growth industries with passion for social and content.
- Innate knack of social media, content creation, and understanding of marketing.
- Good communication skills with a willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment.
- Readiness to take on new challenges while paying strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player, with can-do attitude and ability the thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Photoshop or any visual / video editing software(s) is a plus.
- Open to flexible work arrangements depending on campaign and business needs .
