Edu-Influencers (Student Ambassador – Volunteer Position)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve the role of an Edu- Influencer (Student Ambassador) by promoting educational content and representing the personal and career development initiatives of Casper Academy as a Youth Ambassador.
- Create a strong Personal Brand with exclusive training of Casper Academy and promote the Educational and skill development knowledge among the young talents.
- Partake in development and social events and initiatives for personal and peers’ growth
- Promote participation in Casper Academy courses, events, and similar initiatives to peer groups, youth communities, and etc.
- Use word-of-mouth and other channels to encourage participation and registration in Casper Academy initiatives.
- Target achieving KPIs and set an expectation of personal growth
- Ensure proper record keeping of successful progress and conversions
- Ensure effective communication with Casper Academy members and staff for instructions and updates.
- Attend in-person and remote meetings with Casper Academy members and staff to collaboratively address targets and challenges in tasks.

Eligibilities
- MUST be a university student of any discipline from any reputed institute of Bangladesh.

- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Highly involved for being a leader and influencer with their peers
