Eligibilities
Ph.D on Oceanography or any of its sub-branches, e.g., physical, marine, etc., having at least 12 years of research experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a planning and decision-making position in an oceanographic research body, with adequate domain knowledge on set up, configuration, and specifications of oceanographic research laboratories, and service orientation. Experience in preparing and evaluating technical proposals from bidders for procurement contract will be considered as additional and winning qualification.
