Soft Skills- Boot Camp designed to educate the students and young entrepreneur to develop soft skills which will not only help them to their career but also prepare them to cope with business culture. It is an excellent opportunity for highly motivated students/participants who want to build their soft skills and incredible career.

Each of these students in this program has a particular need to improve the specific soft skills taught as part of the Soft Skills Training Boot Camp.

Research led by Harvard University shows that 85% of job success comes from having well-developed soft skills, while only 15% of success is based on technical skills.

🔳 What are Soft Skills?
The soft skills are termed for skills needed in different aspects of life including ones career. If two co-workers are working in a team then they need to have good communication skills, team-building skills, collaborative problem-solving skills, etc. along with the academic knowledge and cognitive skills needed to do the job. The first 3 skills mentioned are examples of soft skills.

As part of the Boot Camp program, students will be pretested before training begins and tested afterwards to measure improvement. Applying students had to explain how the Boot Camp would be integrated into their existing extra curriculum so that students were sure to have a meaningful and valuable learning experience.
