BRAC is looking for Regional Sales Manager, Vegetable & Biopesticide (BRAC Seed & Agro Enterprise) 2025 in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:

  • stakeholders and ensure flow of information to supervisor regarding sales, product, customers and legal issues beyond jurisdiction
  • Develop and achieve sales target & promotional plan based on territories, manage credit recovery and arrange return of goods to seed processing center by timeline
  • Hold responsibility for a certain sales growth rate of each territory under his/her purview
  • Help territory in-charge in setting dealer and sub-dealer, analyzing dealer-wise sales trend and growth adding or deleting dealer
  • Help territory in-charge in solving dealer’s dispute over product complaint, sales or due balance and other business issues with recommendation
  • Ensure territory-wise promotional material by territory officer at trade
  • Recommend and process deployment, transfer and termination of territory in-charge
  • Supervise market following passbook record and farmer visit by territory officers based on the monthly plan and analyze the sales visit with business earned in a given territory
  • Liaise with government, NGO, dealers’ and farmers’ association and other
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Eligibilities

Job Requirements:

  • Proven sales expertise with strong presentation, communication, and team management skills
  • Skilled in product promotion, event organization, and performance monitoring
  • Knowledge of sales strategy, product demos, market demographics, and admin procedures (e.g., complaint handling, record-keeping)
  • Persistent, analytical, and capable of working independently
  • B.Sc/M.Sc in Agriculture or BBA/MBA in Marketing
  • Candidates with a science background up to HSC and minimum CGPA 2.5/2nd class are eligible
  • Preference for degrees in Seed Technology
  • Age, education, and experience may be relaxed for exceptional candidates
  • Minimum 5 years in seed/pesticide sales and marketing
  • At least 2 years in a managerial role in agro-input sales
