Job Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achievement of primary & secondary sales Target/Budget
- Supervise Branch sales manager, Sales supervisor & Sales Representative
- Increase coverage of Outlets & Markets
- Maintain safety stocks at Distributor & sales centers
- Ensure visibility of our products
- Indentify market gaps & take necessary action of correction
- Execution of trade promotion, consumer offer & POSMs in the market
- To be up dated all types of sales related documentation
- Feedback about competitors activities in the markets
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Eligibilities
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- The candidate should have Graduate in any discipline with minimum 2nd class/ division or CGPA 2.50 or equivalent result in all academic examinations
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years
