BRAC Bank is looking for Senior Manager/ Manager, Government Relations, Distribution Network 2026 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within Government and Institutional segments to expand the bank’s Assets and Liabilities portfolio — covering deposits, retail loans, credit cards, and salary accounts.
- Develop, refine, and continuously enhance segment-centric propositions covering lending, deposits, salary accounts, and credit card solutions.
- Drive nationwide growth of the Dyuti proposition through strategic engagement with government organizations, ministries, departments, and officials at all levels.
- Achieve quantitative business targets as defined in annual KPIs including CASA, term deposits, retail assets, credit card issuance, and salary account acquisition.
- Increase wallet share through cross-selling of loans, credit cards, insurance, and digital banking products aligned with the lifecycle needs of government employees.
- Monitor portfolio performance, profitability, and quality on a quarterly basis, and initiate corrective actions to ensure targets are consistently met.
- Organize strategic events, financial wellness programmes, and institutional engagement initiatives to strengthen the bank’s presence and brand within the government employee ecosystem.
- Coordinate branding and visibility activities, including on-ground campaigns and digital outreach, to position Dyuti as the preferred banking proposition for government employees nationwide.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic responses.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university with a satisfactory academic record;
- Minimum 8–10 years of hands-on banking experience with significant exposure to retail banking.
- Strong business development acumen with a proven ability to identify opportunities, build stakeholder relationships, and achieve ambitious portfolio targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with senior government officials and policymakers.
