Job Responsibilities:
- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan based on the required objectives and KPI
- Managing all the paid campaigns on multiple platforms and required marketing analytics reports
- Handling media plans for respective products, projects, and campaigns
- Proper researching on campaign targeting and A/B testing
- Optimizing all the campaigns based on performance and KPI
- Generating and ensuring smooth lead flow for relevant teams
- Managing the entire advertising content portfolio (Search, GDN, FB)
- Managing all kinds of Analytics Dashboards. Dashboard visibility should include Area wise ROI, Platform wise Campaign performance Website Traffic Behaviors & quality
- Generating audience growth and behavior insight reports on all social platforms and website
- Producing Source and Campaign wise Lead quality reports based on the lead lifecycle (Churn, Conversion)

Eligibilities
Education & Key Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration and/or Master of Business Administration or similar from leading Business Schools/ Universities.
- Experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels.
- Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.
- Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
- Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
- Creative, open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver.
