ICT has given many countries the opportunity to earn a living and putting an impact on the economy just by working online. In Bangladesh ICT has played a very big role on improving the economy and giving many unemployed workers the opportunity to earn a living. Freelancing has become one of the main sources of income for many people in Bangladesh.

Upwork Bangladesh Group has always tried to improve and took necessary steps on developing the IT sector of Bangladesh. They have organized many Tech conference and many IT events to promote this sector to the people. This time, Upwork Bangladesh group has come with a new project called ‘UpWork Bangladesh National Freelancer Award’.This Award show invites every hardworking freelancer all over the country to participate and make a name for themselves. From these freelancers 20 winners will be chosen who has made a great impact on the economy by freelancing and was an example for the youths for moving forward in the IT sector.

The winner panel will be chosen in a very transparent manner because the Judges will be famous Freelancing professionals and IT experts. The Award section is categorized in 2 sectors which are ,

  1. National level: 15 winners (Male&Female)
  2. Rising woman Freelancers: 5 winners

The award panel will be announced very soon after registration.
