“THRONE” is the flagship event of Department of Management Studies, Jahangirnagar University. Under the banner of 5th management week, this year “THRONE” comes up with a series of distinct challenges. This is a competitive opportunity for undergrad students of Bangladesh to explore their potential business ideas before a panel of renowned business professionals. Besides, the competition is designed to provide the undergrad students with a real-world experience within a short span of time. During this three-day event, you and the rest of your team member will be presented with a series of business challenges to solve with your creative thinking and own capabilities.
There will be 3 rounds-
Round 01: Idea Pitching (Every team have to pitch their idea before a panel of renowned business professionals. Details about this round will be sent to the participant’s mail ID.)
Round 02: Strategic Maestros. (24th November 2017)

Eligibilities
- A team consisting of not more than or less than three members from the same university has to form
- Only undergrad students are allowed to apply
- Therefore, no fresh graduates can participate in this event
- Students from any department or any recognized university are welcome to participate

- There are 4 steps in registration
- Firstly, Each team has to complete the registration form through providing the required information
- Within 12 hours of submitting the registration form, the team leaders will get a confirmation mail whereas a team ID no. will be provided
- Secondly, after getting team identification number, the participants have to send registration fee to the following numbers through bKash with 2% charges (Registration Fee 600 + 2% bKash charge)

- After completing step 02, one of the team members has to send an SMS to the bKash number in which you sent the registration fee [SMS format: Team code <space> Team Name <space> bKash Transaction ID <space> THRONE]
- Within 3 hours of payment, required instructions for registration round and a case will be sent through the mail (A scenario will be provided on the basis of which each group has to develop a business plan)
