“HR Calibration 2.0” is the biggest inter-university HR based competition nationwide. North South University Human Resources Club (NSU HR CLUB) is bringing the second season of its flagship event “HR Calibration”.
It is the first and only national competition based on HR practices, where students from different universities participate.
HR Calibration 2.0 is set to start on 7th July and this time it is bigger and better than ever. Compete with the HR enthusiasts from all across the country for a chance to be a part of Nation’s 1st Competition on Building Strategic HR Model.
***Competition Map:
Registration → Phase 1 → Workshop for phase 2 → Phase 2 → Workshop for final phase → Grand Finale.
Phase 1 – “Online Case Solving”
– The first round will be case-based which will be conducted through online medium.
Workshop for phase 2:
-Situation analysis on time management (There will be a grooming session for participants)
Phase 2 – “Time Management”
– Situation analysis and on spot case presentation.
Workshop for final phase:
– Discussion on strategic HR model.
Grand Finale – “Building Strategic HR Model”
– In this round participants will get access in an organization and they have to build a Strategic HR Model for that organization.

Eligibilities
Each team must have at least 3 but not more than 4 members.
The members must belong to same institution and be enrolled in undergraduate program
