Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationship with prospectiveclients(SME/Medium/Corporate) for onboarding
- Acquire new business through various channels
- Regular market visits for relationship management with prospective and existing clients
- Credit analysis and prepare loan appraisal
- Regular visit with Relationship Managers for acquisition of prospective clients
- Ensure smooth loan processing, approval and sanction documentation for onboarding
- Monitoring & facilitate the existing customer’s daily transaction
- Maintain regular operational task to ensure proper service to clients
- Identify, develop and expand key customer relationship to maintain the utilization of the portfolio
- Overdue account follow-up and monitor to minimize NPL

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
Education:
Graduation/Post Graduation Degree from any reputed university
Experience:
Minimum 2 to 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance Department/experience on client Relationship Management from any Bank/FI
Other Requirements
- Clear Knowledge on the Supply Chain Finance product, operational process and Risk Management
- Regular market visit capacity
- Excellent communication skill with internal and external stakeholder
- Knowledge on market and competitor’s situation
- Skill in Microsoft excel, word and PowerPoint
- Capacity to work in a team
