Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and regularly update databases, spreadsheets, and digital platforms used for monitoring RCCE, MCH, nutrition, and GHS indicators.
- Collect, clean, validate, and consolidate data from implementing partners, field teams, and government stakeholders across 8 divisions.
- Generate summary tables, charts, and infographics to support internal learning and external reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of data for donor-required performance indicators, including custom and standard indicators (
- Prepare datasets and analyses for inclusion in donor reports, presentations, technical briefs, and knowledge products.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in public health, Statistics, Computer Science, Demography, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in data management, monitoring and evaluation, or research for donor-funded development or health programs.
- Proven ability to manage, clean, analyze, and interpret large datasets, preferably in health or humanitarian settings.
- Experience working with USG, PEPFAR, or other international donor-funded programs is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, Access, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with digital data collection tools (e.g., KoboToolbox, ODK, CommCare).
- Knowledge of statistical software such as SPSS, STATA, or R is an advantage.
