Job Responsibilities:
- Education strategy and project development.
- Education project implementation (activities, budget, and project documentation) in line with strategies, proposals, and donor requirements.
- Technical direction and assurance of high quality of projects.
- Project budget development and management.
- People leadership by identifying and recruiting staff; as well as providing mentorship and support; and capacity building, transfer of skills, and training.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Senior project implementationexperience in a humanitarian/recovery context.
- Vocational training, livelihoods, and education programs implementation for youth track record.
- Project management, budget management, and leadershipexpertise.
- Programming scale-up track record.
- Complex and volatile context exposure.
- Bangladesh, Cox’s Bazar, and Rohingya Refugee camps, context exposure and knowledge, pertaining to displacement and humanitarian needs.
- English fluency, both written and verbal.
