Brac is looking for Senior Programme Manager, Migration Programme 2025 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
Major Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement Prottasha II project activities in compliance with the policies and regulations of BRAC and the donor.
- Ensure project plans and schedules are followed, develop solutions to project challenges, and successfully lead others to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Oversee project activities and be the main contact point to communicate with the donors and stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder coordination, advocacy, and networking with partners, donors and government officials
- Prepare and submit regular activity reports, meeting minutes, and financial reports to BRAC and the donor.
- Drive project requirement identification and ensure seamless alignment with programme goals through effective team facilitation and coordination.
- Implement project plans, specifications, roles and responsibilities and the necessary communications are defined and completed to standard within the programme framework.
- Ensure grant compliance regularly and take the necessary measures to address the requirement.
- Lead the capacity development initiatives and collaborate closely with team members
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation, and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation, including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise in safeguarding to establish a safe working environment
- Practices promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follows the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourages others to do so.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in any subject, having minimum 8 years of experience with at least 4 years in the Migration sector.
- You should demonstrate a sound understanding of development and migration concepts, including reintegration and trafficking issues.
- Proficiency in project cycle management, monitoring and evaluation, and developing fundraising strategies is also essential.
