Daraz is looking for Executive – Affiliate & Influencer Operations 2025 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of affiliate and KOL marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, blogs, etc.).
- Partner Recruitment: Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with relevant KOLs and affiliate partners aligned with brand objectives.
- Campaign Tracking & Reporting: Use affiliate tracking platforms performance monitoring and reporting.
- Content Coordination: Ensure timely content approvals, brand compliance, and consistent messaging across influencer outputs.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign KPIs (e.g., CTR, conversion, ROI) and implement strategies for growth and better partner performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between marketing, creative, and external agencies or talent managers.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in influencer/KOL marketing/ PR/ affiliate marketing, operations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Comfortable working with contracts, budgets, and performance data.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to build rapport with external partners.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with international influencer markets and trends (especially if role is global ).
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
