BRAC is looking for Head of Global Resource Mobilisation & Partnerships (GRP) 2025 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic donor engagement and resource mobilisation, grounded in evidence and aligned with BRAC’s global priorities.
- Drive innovative financing approaches, including blended finance, impact investing, and locally led funding models.
- Position BRAC as a trusted partner and thought leader, amplifying our voice in global platforms and policy dialogues.
- Strengthen internal coordination and alignment, ensuring a unified and coherent approach to external engagement.
- Establish a safeguarding culture across all levels of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
Education:
Postgraduate/Master’s degree in Development Studies, Public Policy, International Relations, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in development, resource mobilisation, fundraising, and partnership management, including senior-level leadership in large organisations.
