Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a performance management framework combining traditional appraisals with OKRs.
- Set clear objectives and measurable key results aligned with business strategy.
- Collaborate with department heads to align OKRs and KPIs with organizational goals.
- Implement structured feedback and coaching to drive continuous performance improvement.
- Use HR analytics to monitor OKR progress, report trends, and recommend targeted actions.
- Conduct needs assessments and competency mapping to identify capability gaps.
- Design and lead initiatives such as leadership development, change management, and team building.
- Work with L&D to create customized training and mentoring programs.
- Lead succession planning, ensuring 80% of critical roles have prepared successors within 12 months.
- Oversee onboarding to ensure seamless integration and cultural alignment for new hires.
- Implement career development plans, reviews, and talent assessments.
- Design and analyze exit feedback to inform retention and engagement strategies.
- Advise senior leadership to integrate OD and performance initiatives with business goals.
- Leverage analytics to benchmark performance and support strategic decision-making.
- Promote continuous improvement by tracking best practices and refining OD efforts.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:

- Expertise: Proven track record in designing and implementing performance management frameworks, including OKR integration, talent assessments, and succession planning programs.
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
