Citi is looking for Cash Operations Officer 2025 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute local payment transactions (MC/DD/CCPP, salary, EFT, RTGS) in line with SOPs.
- Coordinate with regional teams on payment-related projects and system testing.
- Monitor EFT operations, manage BEFTN setup, and ensure seamless payroll processing.
- Perform callbacks for manual payments and verify relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with product and e-banking teams to implement client payables solutions.
- Support fraud prevention and AML compliance; ensure operational risk controls.
- Contribute to process improvements and system enhancement initiatives.
- Monitor transaction flows, verify documents, and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain audit readiness and ensure full compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare internal and regulatory reports as required.
- Assess and manage risk, uphold compliance, and escalate control issues transparently.
