Robi Career is looking for Specialist, Digital Commerce 2023 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor Digital Commerce performance with appropriate cost benefit analysis.
- Monitor and track Digital Commerce KPIs.
- Develop & execute faster GTM plan of different projects and initiatives.
- Increase Channel Efficiency through revamp of operational processes.
- Responsible to drive all digitization and automation initiatives across the different business processes in the department.
- Assisting in the identification of consumer marketing patterns.
- Assist in driving sales volume and revenue of digital commerce channel through a wide scope of strategic and tactical capabilities.
- Identify new growth opportunities by conducting market research, analyzing competitor strategies, and staying up to date with industry trends.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize eCommerce product features and user experience.
- Coordinate with IT team for new product creation/modification and/or any system related changes time to time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, engineering, and marketing, to drive product development and growth initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with eCommerce industry trends and best practices, and share insights and recommendations with the team

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or other related field
Experience Requirement: E-Commerce Growth Management, Product Management and Business Analytics
