Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize and enhance internal applications to support business needs and improve processes
- Document and standardize workflows to boost scalability and efficiency
- Continuously evaluate and improve data funnels, business processes, and operational systems
- Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate operational issues for timely resolution
- Maintain ownership of escalated issues through successful closure
- Analyze large datasets to extract insights that inform strategic decisions
- Monitor KPI metrics, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to drive continuous process improvements

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Gsheet, Excel, or SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets, ensuring data integrity.
- Strong skills in process documentation, including the ability to create, maintain, and optimize detailed operational procedures.
- Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and process improvement techniques.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Additional coursework or certifications in Data Analytics, Process Improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma), or Business Intelligence are preferred.
Operational Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of professional experience in business operations, data management, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with data validation, operational workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to meet and exceed defined KPI and success metrics.
Soft Skill Requirements:
- Extreme attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies and ensure high accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex findings clearly and concisely.
