Responsibilities
- Transcribing everyday customer feedback within the timeline
- Managing the Country Director’s day-to-day calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Organizing meetings including scheduling remote and in-person meetings, sending reminders, and organizing categories when necessary
- Taking meeting notes that accurately reflect the decisions and discussions that took place during the meeting
- Formatting information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports, etc.
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, and cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations
- Creating purchase order and purchase requisition to order materials, goods, and supplies
- Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software to prepare reports and/or special projects
- Managing content on various social media including writing and editing posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.

Eligibilities
- Excellent written, and verbal communication in English and documentation skills are essential.
- Comfortable working hybrid/night shift to accommodate US time zones
- Time-management skills, ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
- Graduates from any discipline. BBA/ MBA from any reputed university preferred.
- Knowledge of excel/google sheets, PPT/ google slides, and professional email writing skills will be advantageous.
