Responsibilities:
- Provide quality service to the customers over Live Chat.
- Capture customer insights and escalate issues to other internal departments.
- Maintain targeted KPI on a regular basis.
- Maintain high standard of service quality as per the requirement of the organization.
- Answering incoming calls from customers and ensure instant customer satisfaction on product query.
- Responsible for making outbound and follow-up calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product quality, complaints and feedbacks.
- Receiving customer complaints and input those in the system for necessary measures.
- Maintaining high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the organization.
