ROBI is hiring Specialist, Product Configuration, Application Architecture, Demand and Product Management 2022 in Dhaka
Key Accountabilities:
- Configure telecom Offering and packages in different BSS charging, policy control, campaign management and recharge system
- Provide support for User Acceptance test (UAT), Go live and post UAT activity
- Study technical feasibility on business requirements and TTM within given SLA timeline, pertaining to BSS domain
- Doing feasibility analysis of different business requirement based on technical capability of current system
- Gathering business requirement and convert those ideas into technically configurable form
- RPA development for BSS system configuration
- Help automation initiative for BSS product configuration unit
- Ensure ISMS policy is properly practiced as per Robi guideline in the unit
- Support BSS system related project from the inception to end
- Help Architecture team in innovation project with current system technical knowledge

Eligibilities
Educational Qualification
- B. Sc in Engineering / Computer Science/ ETE/ EEE /ICT
Additional Requirements
- BSS Domain knowledge
- Strong fundamental knowledge on GSM / WCDMA / IS-95 Core & Charging system
- Mid-level knowledge on any Programming language
- Sound knowledge on Unix system & Database
- Knowledge on Agile project management
- Sound time management skills
- Knowledge of business, management principles
- Analytical skills
- Ability to work in a pressurized environment
- A strong sense of integrity and commitment to good governance
- Ability to building strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the business and externally
- Experienced in project management methodologies and processes, progress reporting, risk management project management tools, project planning and control techniques.
