Job Description
The Product Manager/Senior Product Manager is solely responsible for all scopes of work related to digiGO, and his/her/their calls will supersede all others as long as it’s related to digiGO. So, s/he/they must have in-depth understanding & experience in formulating seamless feedback-development-educational loops amongst customers, sales teams, product teams, customer excellence officers, developers, etc.
- You’ll get to spearhead and dictate the pace at which digiGO scales, and define how it reaches there.
- Lead product strategy by harnessing the collective knowledge of all stakeholders (business, engineers, customers) and develop detailed product requirements and features.
- Involved in product prioritization, backlog grooming, analysis, and product requirement documentation, UI/UX wireframing and user testing, roadmap planning, and sprint planning, while guiding the engineering team, etc.
- Scope out specific prospect/customer feedback, derive process, and analyze usage data/patterns in order to validate a business requirement & performance
- Establish customer journey mapping to guide product development; then validate that learning with user testing
- Identify and fill product gaps, lead the brainstorming of new ideas that grow market share
- Inspire, lead, and mentor, a high-performing team to continually facilitate improvements in developing and enhancing best-in-class digital products and services

Eligibilities
- No strict educational background is required, but CS or engineering background helps.
- Extensive and hands-on experience 5years+ in building, managing, and growing SaaS-based platforms, interest or experience in HRMS tools helps.
- 5years+ of meticulous in project management and great at acting as the main driver for all relevant cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success creating digital SaaS-based product vision, strategy, and experience, from ideation to launch, including engineering and operational quality.
- Shows no compromise towards user experience and customer orientation.
- Good at educating and building common work culture & values of work among cross-functional teams.
- Ability to define financials, ROI, KPIs, and forecasts, with success leveraging data to make decisions about product features.
- Expert in SQL Queries, Draw.io, Balsamic, Figma, MS Excel, and other relevant products
