Job Responsibilities:

• Working as R&D person for setting up EV battery in Bangladesh.
• Performing physical and chemical analysis of raw materials.
• Developing systems for Electrode manufacturing and cell assembly of lithium-ion batteries.
• Conduct plant trial to set manufacturing process for the developing product.
• Finding out chemical composition of different available battery cell specially Li-poly, solid state and Li-ion battery.
• Creating own chemistry for battery cell.
• Working for future innovation like solid state battery or any new technology.
• Looking after the battery production processes and machineries.
• Performing battery simulation and formulation related works.
• Performing battery simulation and formulation related works.
• Finding suitable material and machinery sources for Lithium ion battery Cell and Pack.
• Looking after the battery production processes and machineries.
