Banglalink is looking for a Digital DevOps Lead Specialist 2021 in Dhaka
Job Responsibility:
- Drive and support the development teams to implement and adopt DevOps tools and processes (CI/CD, automated testing, containerization etc.) for increasing feature release frequency
- Work closely with partner operations team to drive the implementation and maintenance of an automated framework (process and tools) for system and application performance monitoring
- Support the Digital Development QA team for delivery governance interfacing between Digital, Technology and the augmented/outsourced development Team
- Facilitate in removing impediments and blockers preventing the release progress of sprints by working closely with technology, development vendors and digital product teams
- Actively be involved in the scrum process and work closely with the product owner, scrum master and agile Dev team for sprint planning and sprint review
- Leverage the learning framework for build understanding of the application and infrastructural architecture;
- Act as the custodian of the learning framework to support the in-house Banglalink(BL) developers for guiding them on the job for gaining code level knowledge on BL digital assets

Eligibilities
Required Academic Qualifications
- Graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology from any UGC approved university
Required Experience
- 4 -5 years of experience working, preferably within the telecoms industry
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Sound understanding of Software Development Lifecycle model
- Sound understanding in Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) applicable to the digital product development
- Sound technical knowledge and experience in building digital products (e.g. mobile apps) – full-stack software development using popular technologies like HTML5, CSS, Javascript (React JS, Angular JS), Python, PHP, Mysql, MongoDB, REDIS
- Advanced technical knowledge and experience in setting up systems and application
- Advanced knowledge on DevOps processes and tools – continuous integration(CI), continuous deployment(CD), cloud (AWS, GCP), containerization, infrastructure-as-code.
