We are on a mission to mobilize a movement of capable, committed, and compassionate leaders who share an understanding of inequity and work tirelessly inside and outside the nation’s classrooms to end its impact on children.

About the Campus Ambassador Program:

The program offers a unique opportunity to the currently enrolled students in undergraduate or postgraduate courses in Bangladesh or abroad to be an ally to end educational inequity in our country Provides an opportunity to build multiple skills to boost their employability after graduation It opens a pathway to understand and join our unique and internationally-recognized Fellowship for graduates and young professionals in the future.
It’s a leadership development program to help us build our movement for educational equity by driving Teach For Bangladesh’s recruitment efforts in their universities in Bangladesh, the USA, the UK, Malaysia, India, etc., in the short run.
In the long run, they will become members of the Campus Ambassadors Community at TFB, either joining the Fellowship Program or advocating for our mission as alumni.

Responsibilities:

• Finding prospective candidates on campus through virtual or in-person interactions;
• Organizing campus-based virtual or in-person events like recruitment seminars, career counseling sessions, registration booths, classroom announcements, and so on to strengthen Teach For Bangladesh’s brand awareness among their peers;
• Motivate candidates to apply for the Fellowship Program to create long lasting impact on the children of Bangladesh along with building their own leadership skills.
• Building solid relationships with campus-based stakeholders such as faculty members, career service staff, leaders of student clubs and societies, as well as other off-campus stakeholders in their network who may play an essential role for our mission;
• Attending meetings, events, and training sessions hosted by Teach For Bangladesh’s recruitment team for capacity building in terms of knowledge, skills, and mindsets; Establishing deep connections with the wider Teach For Bangladesh community of Staff, Fellows, Alumni, and Students, as well as our global community of Teach For All, to learn from one another, share challenges, and co-create solutions to build a world where every child has the opportunity to attain an excellent education.
