Teach For Bangladesh presents Fellowship Program 2022 in Dhaka

  • The TFB Fellowship is a unique, internationally-recognized leadership development program. It is also a fully-paid, full-time commitment for 26 months. Fellows typically manage a workload of 65+ hours per week. This includes instructional time spent in the classroom, as well as time spent on extra tutoring, lesson planning, grading, data entry and analysis, and professional development and training.

Eligibilities

  • Successful candidates typically demonstrate a proven record of academic excellence and non-academic leadership, alignment with our core values and mission, strong critical thinking skills and the ability to overcome challenges.
  • Candidates must also be proficient in both Bangla and English, and communicate compellingly.
  • The minimum education requirement to apply for the Teach For Bangladesh Fellowship is a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Candidates must hold a valid Bachelor’s degree at the time of application, or expect to hold a valid Bachelor’s degree by December 31 of the year in which they are applying.
  • Candidates should have all coursework completed by October 31 in order to partake in Winter Academy full-time starting November 1st.
