Teach for Bangladesh is offering TFB fellowship 2022.

The TFB Fellowship is a highly selective program that recruits, trains, and deploys high-potential Bangladeshi graduates of top universities as full-time, high-impact teachers in underserved schools for two years.Today, TFB has 200 Alumni working to improve the quality of education in Bangladesh through organizations like Save the Children, BRAC IED, Norwegian Refugee Council, Care Bangladesh, and UNICEF.

Duties:

•  While in the program, TFB Fellows work to ensure students receive a high-quality, holistic education.
• Fellows are trained in global best practices in teaching and learning by an in-house team of pedagogical experts.
• In addition to core teaching skills, they develop leadership skills and deep knowledge of Bangladesh’s education ecosystem.
• Upon completing the Fellowship, authority support its Alumni to continue driving impact in the broader education sector of Bangladesh.
