Join Bangladesh Army 83th BMA (Commissioned Officer) long course.
Selection process:
- Primary Health Test and Viva: This will be held on 3rd March till 21st March 2019 all around the country ;
- Written Exam: Only those who are selected from Primary health test and viva; they will participate in the Written exam. Which will be held on 24th May 2019 based on Bangla, English, General Math and General Knowledge. And the result will be published 13th June 2019;
- ISSB Exam: They will contact the selected candidate from the previous test;
- Final Health Test;
- Final Selection.
BMA Training:
- Cadets are trained the in academy for three years;
- Beside training they will study in MIST (EECE,CSE,ME,CE) or in BUP (IR, Economics, Physics, BBA);
- They can become Lieutenant commission after completing training.

Bangladesh Army emerged during the Liberation War of Bangladesh in 1971. The mission of Bangladesh Army is to defend the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Bangladesh. Eligibilities
- Age: 17-21 years (As on 01 January 2020);
- Height: For male: 5 ft 4 inch and female: 5 ft 2 inch;
- Weight: For male is 50 kg (110 lbs) and for female is 47 kg (103 lbs);
Educational Qualification:
- For Bangla (incl English Version) Medium Student: One GPA-5.00 and at least one GPA-4.50 in SSC and HSC exam.
- GPA 4.00/equivalent will only be applicable for those who passed HSC in 2018. In that case, they must have GPA 5.00/equivalent in SSC examinations;
- Regular candidates for HSC examinations, 2019 can also apply. But they must have GPA 5/equal in their SSC examinations.
