Responsibilities
- Support to ECD programme and performance planning, monitoring and reporting
- Management, monitoring and delivery of results for ECD programme and monitoring and reporting
- Technical and operational support to implementation of ECD programme and monitoring and reporting
- Networking and partnership building
- Innovation, knowledge management and capacity building
- UNICEF is a leading agency in the Rohingya response for education and the education section of UNICEF Cox’s Bazar Field Office (FO) manages the utilization of funds from multiple donors by directly managing eight implementing partners and four technical partners.
- Implementing partners are responsible for the provision of quality education for over 250,000 children (85% of the Rohinyga children in the Education sector for the response) enrolled in close to 4,000 learning facilities managed by UNICEF funded implementing partners.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- A university degree in one of the following fields is required: early childhood education, education, social science, human development, child development, development planning evaluation, statistics and/or education research.
- A minimum of one year of professional experience in at least two of: development planning and management, monitoring/analysis/reporting or in early childhood development is required.
- Experience working in the Rohingya response is considered as an asset.
- Relevant experience in a UN system agency or organization is considered as an asset.
- Fluency in English and Bangla is required. Chittagonian dialect is an advantage.
