Responsibilities
- Recruit & Manage creators from social media, such as Instagram, YouTube and Tiktok at scale to support short video content
- Provide ongoing 1on1 / group support such as policies and strategy to creators, and study key attributes of successful cases
- Design and Create promotion materials for creator growth and development
- Achieve agreed upon targets and outcomes within schedule
- Supply management with reports on creators’ needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new policies and services.
- Has good contacts with agencies and can help in mass onboarding of creators.
- Knowledge about creating content, hashtag campaigns and understands content moderation.

- Familiar with different social apps and tools such as WhatsApp, Telegram, etc with the ability of cold calls
- Promote creator offer/services using solid arguments to prospective creators
- Strong passion of creators/content from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other content driven platforms.
- Interested in startups business and with strong execution, good communication and time management skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in English and Bangladesh, Dhakai dialect/Nokhali dialect/Barishal dialect/Chattogram dialect/Sylhety dialect/Rajshahi dialect will be a plus
