Standard Chartered is looking for Relationship Manager (Priority) 2025 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Financial & Sales:
- Achieve targets for building assets and liabilities as per Job Objective.
- Manage assigned Priority portfolio through effective relationship management.
- Expand branch client base and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Engage clients and prospects to generate new business.
- Organize and participate in sales promotions, campaigns, and events.
- Support cost control and efficiency initiatives.
2. Service Quality:
- Deliver high-quality service to Priority Clients and meet service standards.
- Improve service levels as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Log and monitor client complaints using CEMS until resolution.
3. Operations:
- Drive Customer Due Diligence, AML, Sanctions, FATCA, and risk management practices.
- Maintain a strong control environment for satisfactory audit outcomes.
- Ensure accurate documentation for all Retail Banking products.
- Process dormant/unclaimed account regularization.
- Handle client enquiries and service requests.
- Manage Overdraft facilities, renewals, and rescheduling as needed.
- Serve as Client Service Executive/BOSM or custodian of Prime keys when required.
4. Operational Risk & Administration:
- Support branch security and compliance with audit requirements.
- Ensure proper branch signage and business continuity awareness.
5. People:
- Foster open communication and motivate branch staff.
- Promote teamwork and the bank’s core values.
6. Regulatory & Business Conduct:
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics and compliance.
- Demonstrate exemplary conduct in line with the Group’s Code of Conduct and regulatory requirements.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
1. Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
2. Professional Experience:
- At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
3. Technical Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
