Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Retail Store Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers.
  • Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments).
  • Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
  • Monitor and maintain clients’ activity.
  • Response emails, calls and perform chat with the client.
  • Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning.
  • Research emerging products and provide the details to the concerned department.
  • Look after the organic, cross-sales & up sales activities.
  • Track the order and provide the necessary support to the client.
  • Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses and competition.
