Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating agile and Waterfall methodologies as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, timelines, and resource plans.
- Regularly assess and report on project status, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Help prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and work closely with stakeholders
- Ensure that BRDs accurately reflect project objectives and stakeholder expectations in the financial technology domain.
- Review and validate BRDs with key stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members to bridge any gaps in understanding.
- Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment of expectations.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders in the payment industries.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project timelines, identifying critical paths and dependencies, especially in the context of payment industry projects.
- Implement agile practices to streamline project execution and adapt to changing priorities.
- Mitigate risks and proactively address issues that may impact project timelines.

Eligibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a project manager or delivery lead, with a track record of successfully delivering projects, preferably in the payment industries.
- Experience in financial technology or payment industries is highly preferable.
- Certification in project management (PMP, CSM, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.
