Robi is hiring Specialist, IRCM Management, Application Planning & Management 2022 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Operation and maintenance of real-time critical systems and proactive identification of possible failure causes and rectification.
- Fault handling of real-time systems to maintain network quality by reducing downtime and maintaining accessibility.
- Handle customer complaints of the systems escalated from complaint management team as per SLA.
- Support project deliverables from operation team to ensure proper acceptance test and handover process to deploy additional capacity in network along with technical support for projects and changes in other domain.
- Integration of new nodes with existing systems
- Carry out change management activities as per direction.
- System and database administration of related charging nodes
- Carry out software correction load and update as per requirement

Eligibilities
Academic Qualification:
- BSc. Engg. in CSE or EEE or Telecom from any reputed Engineering University
Skills required:
- Basic knowledge on GSM network & OSI model
- Operating expertise in Unix-based Servers
- Sound knowledge on Database & shell-scripting
- Knowledge on Prepaid charging, PCRF, Recharge systems
Job Requirements:
- Self-starter, confident, creative, an effective communicator and a team player
- Business Communication skills
