Job Responsibilities:

Job Purpose:

To carry out core network optimization activity resulting improvement in service availability, network quality & KPIs within clearly defined objectives with quarterly and annual time frame.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead to optimize the core network to build up effective Network settings to enable better customer experience and efficient Network.
• Lead to deploy new efficient improvement features across the core network and asses its impact.
• Lead festival plans for CS/PS domain (requirements and expansions needed for different CS/PS nodes (Licenses, interfaces, processors, routing and contingency plans).
• Parameters tuning, network KPIs and capacity audits under 2G/3G/4G technologies within CS/PS network.
• Manage routine (periodic) capacity and performance data analysis, degradation diagnosis and resources usage balancing and optimization (i.e. licenses/interfaces/processing etc.).
• Organize CS/PS network basic configuration, software parameters & timers audit.
• NFVi Platform Buildup Plan, VM requirement for All VNF (CS Core, PS core, Signaling, Common Core), PO processing 8. VNF deployment strategy, Data center optimization, Common Platform like EoR/ToR/DC-GW optimization 9. Research, report, and recommend new products, programs, or initiatives in Core Network.
• Support core optimization related requests from different teams (i.e. Design, solution, optimization, project, back office etc.) for regular projects and future technical disruptions like IMS, Cloud, NFV, SDN, IoT etc.
• Supervise quality test and checks for all new network installations and expansion.
• Ensure after any network activity the KPIs comply with Robi/Axiata standard.
• Analyse all the upcoming solutions in CS/PS while RFQ/initial phase to scrutinize and suggest optimized solution for network before implementation.
• Exploration of automated/intelligent network insights/KPIs & correlative suggestions in the network.
• Consulting with every CS/PS project for efficient setup and suggesting re-designing in cases where it adds business values
• KPI Improvement Action, Network Optimization, Capacity utilization management
• Regulatory affairs solution analysis and lead corresponding CS and PS core teams for implementation.
• Defining customer centric (E2E) network QoS improvement requirements and derives action plan for subsequent deployment.
