Robi Career is looking for Head of Finance, AxEnTec Limited, a subsidiary of Robi Axiata Limited 2023 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Spearheading organization-wide yearly and quarterly financial and long-range strategic planning process achieving management objective, story lining and presentation at local and group management level
- Guide annual and Long-Range Business Plan preparation; partner with cross-functional teams enabling data-driven and integrated decision-making; conduct variance analysis; develop structured Business Case and forecasting models.
Financial Reporting:
- Lead all aspects of financial reporting, including statutory accounting and management reporting, guide Chart of Accounts (CoA) development to enable proper reporting and compliance with International Financial Reporting and Accounting standard (IFRS and IAS)
- Perform Financial Review, Analysis and execute variance analysis supported by explanation along with key business and cost driver
- Establish proper Fixed Assets Accounting and Reporting in line with IFRS 16
Treasury and Financing:
- Plan and execute funding strategies; arrange working capital and long-term financing.
Regulatory Compliance and Insurance:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies; maintain tax/VAT accounts; coordinate with insurers and reinsurers for comprehensive coverage; establish an effective escalation matrix for issue resolution.
Audit Supervision and External Liaison:
- Oversee internal and external audits; act as key contact for auditors; ensure timely information flow.
Expenditure Approval Oversight:
- Evaluate and approve operating expenditure requests; support strategic procurement discussions.
Cost Optimization and Efficiency Leadership:
- Collaborate with divisions for spending efficiency; drive cost excellence programs; optimize commercial spend and resource allocation.
Credit Control and Receivable Management:
- Formulate and review credit policies; oversee credit management; manage Receivable and Collection operations; analyze customer-wise outstanding Receivable aging; handle Bad Debt and provisioning.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
Education Qualification :
- Graduate / Post Graduate Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management from a recognized local or international university.
- FCA/ACA/FCMA/ACMA or ACCA or CIMA preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Overall Finance operations encompassing Treasury, Tax, Compliance, Budget Planning and Investor Relation in reputed Financial companies/Telecommunication/FMCG industry within which 5+ years in Senior Management Position of a Large Company.
