Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and action items across cross-functional initiatives, escalating risks and dependencies as needed.
- Manage the FinTech governance calendar, ensuring effective scheduling and coordination of leadership meetings and governance forums.
- Maintain governance discipline by tracking meeting decisions, monitor action items, and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Prepare concept notes, business proposals, product briefs, presentations, and other business documents.
- Plan and facilitate monthly business review meetings, including agenda management, documentation, and follow-up.
- Coordinate operational support activities, including forecasting and business monitoring.
- Review employee conveyance reimbursement claims for policy compliance and accuracy.
- Maintain operational records, trackers, and governance documentation.
- Provide operational and administrative support to leadership and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and governance practices.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in business operations, project management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and business writing abilities
- Proficiency in G-Suite collaboration tools
- Competency in analytical thinking
- Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous process improvement.
