Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for Optimizely’s Product Onboarding team, ensuring a premium onboarding experience.
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage global client onboarding from sales handover to go-live, ensuring high client engagement and satisfaction.
- Lead multiple concurrent onboarding projects, aligning customer goals with product use cases.
- Oversee project timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain project hygiene with regular status and timeline updates.
- Experienced with project management tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver structured onboarding programs.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and implementation partners.
- Utilize tools like Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, Kantata, Zendesk, Jira, and Gainsight to manage onboarding.
- Promote product adoption through a strong understanding of customer goals and ongoing learning of Optimizely tools.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in customer success and project management in a SaaS/PaaS environment
- Experience managing global clients and international projects
- Skilled at handling competing priorities and adapting to shifting timelines and customer needs
- Collaborative, organized, and execution-focused with strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail, timelines, and quality
- Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies; PMP certification preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in dynamic settings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and flexibility
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication
- Understanding of A/B testing, experimentation, CMS, cloud computing, B2B/B2C commerce, and web technologies
- Familiarity with Optimizely products is a plus
- Confident, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies
- Team player with strong work ethic, leadership ability, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Able to perform well in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years of relevant experience
