Job Responsibilities :
- Manage all headcount reporting across the organization.
- Ensure all headcount reporting within HRIS is accurate.
- Partner with FP&A team on headcount reporting requirements.
- Build and manage all reporting within FP&A reporting tool.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly headcount reporting.
- Act as liason between HR and FP&A on headcount reporting.

Eligibilities
Knowledge And Experience :
- 1-2 years of financial experience.
- Understands financial reporting and key financial metrics.
- Excellent MS Office skills, specifically MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills (verbal, written and listening).
- Ability to switch from complex to routine tasks when required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience within multi-currency environment a plus.
Education :
- BA / BS in Finance or related subject; MBA a plus
