Job Responsibilities:
- Design comprehensive test plans and develop test cases to address all aspects of software testing, including functionality, usability, and performance.
- Develop flowcharts, layouts, and traceability matrices to identify software requirements and solutions.
- Construct and execute complex SQL queries for data validation and troubleshoot database-related issues.
- Monitor tools like Sentry and Crashlytics to identify defects. Maintain product improvement documents and track defects using systems like Clickup or JIRA.
- Execute various types of manual testing (e.g., smoke, integration, system testing) and develop scripts for automated testing scenarios using tools like Selenium, WebdriverIO, Katalon Studio, Cypress, etc.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA analysts and engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field.
- Strong experience with both manual and automated testing tools and techniques (e.g., Selenium, WebdriverIO).
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Clickup, JIRA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
