Job Responsibilities:
- Roll out trade offers and consumer offers seamlessly
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and proper control in settling claims and incentives
- Ensure budgetary control over all spends
- Ensure proper control over all ASP spends and negotiate with the vendors for value for money
- Ensure compliance with the policies and take corrective measures, where necessary
- Highlight concerned areas and possible solutions to higher management and partner functions
- Assess risks involved with new initiatives
- Resolve issues with contracts and commercial operations
- Ensure smooth and timely closure of month closing activities
- Develop and manage a diversified team
