Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with gaming content creators in Bangladesh to create exclusive content for Facebook Gaming
- Maintain their live streaming performance and quality, also manage and support tasks/operations associated with them to increase their audience base
- Provide guidance, insights, training, and development to the game streamers
- Keep creators updated with game trends, new features, Facebook policies, rules, regulations, etc.
- Build and maintain a good relationship with content creators and serve as the point of contact with game streamers on Facebook Gaming
- Escalate streamer’s feedback and issue to the technical team
- Involve in handling online and offline community events for streamers

Eligibilities
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with a GPA of 3.30+
- A major in Technical, Communication, or Business is preferable
- Bangladeshi who study in Indonesia is much preferable
- Has good scores for HSC and SSC (or A level and O level)
Skill Requirements:
- Having experience in Public relation, People management, Talent management, Customer service, and Business Development are much preferable
- Young and energetic, creative and high passion for gaming
- Passionate about gaming, active in either console, PC, or mobile games, and familiar with live game streams such as PUBG Mobile, Mobile Legends, Call of Duty, etc.
- Able to multitask, self-motivated, and work with minimal supervision
- It will be an advantage if have the experience to handle talent, creators, or gamers streamer
