International Rescue Committee is looking for Logistics and Supply Chain Officer 2025 in Cox’s Bazar.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide logistics and operational support for the Assisted Passage Program (APP), including events in Ukhiya, Cox’s Bazar, and Dhaka.
- Ensure timely procurement and supply of office stationeries, supplies, and consumables.
- Arrange vehicles, accommodation, and travel support for APP clients and staff (national/international).
- Coordinate with operations teams across locations for travel and accommodation logistics.
- Support expatriate staff travel and accommodation needs in line with approved guidelines.
- Plan vehicle use, maintenance, and repairs in coordination with program teams and Fleet Manager.
- Prepare daily vehicle rosters and assist in fleet reporting and logbook monitoring.
- Analyze vehicle needs and arrange rentals as per APP requirements.
- Manage procurement, logistics, and event support across all APP locations.
- Ensure timely processing of PRs, IRs, RFQs, POs, and invoices; liaise with the warehouse for timely delivery.
- Act as buyer within the Supply Chain Core Team.
- Perform additional duties as required by management and support operations across IRC locations.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
Experience (Including sector/industry)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics/Operations/Administration
- Experience of working with UN Agencies or Non-Governmental organizations.
Competencies: Knowledge, Skills & Ability
- Advanced level skills in MS Office suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Integra systems (Dynamics AX) to accomplish day-to-day activities would be an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills to work in a multicultural setting.
- Experience of managing oversight of logistics, procurement, Fleet, administrative and office management.
- Ability to resolve problem by working with internal and external partners in a participatory approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and execute tasks in a high-pressure work environment.
- Highly adaptive to work in constant change environment independently where revision to projects and planning is common phenomenon.
- Comfortable to working in a team environment to achieve shared goal and passions for humanitarian work.
- Experience working in refugee resettlement or other durable solutions is a plus.
Language Preference
- Strong communication skills in both: Bengali & English.
Specific Educational Qualification
- Master’s/ Graduate degree in Business Administration/ Logistics/ Supply Chain/IT.
