IFC is looking for Program Assistant – Bangladesh Representative Office 2025 in Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:

•  Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, workshops, and conferences.
•  Maintain and update program files, records, and databases.
•  Manage correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports.
•  Ensure proper documentation and archiving of program materials.
•  Draft and edit documents as required.
•  Provide support during procurement of services.
•  Perform other ad hoc tasks as may be requested.

Eligibilities

Job Requirements:

•  Minimum bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•  Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and proficiency in technology or/and systems relevant to functional area.
•  Able to organize, coordinate, monitor and implement tasks and projects with minimal supervision and resolve competing demands.
•  High degree of flexibility and demonstrated capacity to handle a variety of concurrent activities, judge priorities, seek guidance and take initiative in a fast-paced team environment.
•  Ability and motivation to proactively learn new developments in relevant policies, procedures and technology.
•  Strong communication skills, ability to communicate in a constructive and professional manner.
